From Japan to Your Port
Roll-on/roll-off or container, the documents that travel with the truck, and what actually drives the cost.

Roll-on/roll-off or container?
With roll-on/roll-off the truck is driven aboard and parked on a vehicle deck. It is normally the cheaper option for a single running vehicle.
In a container the truck is secured inside a sealed box. It costs more but protects the vehicle from weather and handling, and lets you ship spare parts alongside it. Sharing a container with another buyer brings the per-vehicle cost down.
Which makes sense depends on your port, the sailing schedule and how much the extra protection is worth to you. We will tell you what is available on your route rather than pushing one option.

Request a Shipping Estimate
Tell us your destination port or nearest city and the truck you have in mind, and we will put together an itemised estimate.
Ocean freight is quoted per booking and moves with route, season and vessel space. A calculator would have to invent an average and present it as your price. We would rather quote your actual route.
